What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank wire transfers and Zelle. We are also in the process of adding the ability to accept all major credit cards, which will be available soon.

Where are you located?
MAK Luxe Collections is based in Los Angeles, CA, and we work with clients worldwide. Every order is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped overnight (or priority shipping if International) so you can purchase with confidence no matter where you are located.

How quickly will I receive my watch?
Once payment is received, your timepiece will be shipped immediately via FedEx Overnight Express, fully insured for its full value.

Do you purchase timepieces?
Absolutely. If you’re looking to sell your watch outright, you can send us the details and photos through our “Sell Your Watch” form. We’ll review the information, provide an offer, and guide you through secure shipping and payment.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 48-hour inspection period once you receive your watch. All returns must include the watch in the same condition as received, along with its original box, warranty card/papers, manuals, and all accessories. International sales are final and not eligible for return due to customs and import regulations. Please contact us for more details.

Do your watches come with a warranty?
The majority of our timepieces are still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. For watches that are no longer under manufacturer warranty, we provide our own 6-month warranty on the movement only. Please note that user negligence including improper use, accidental damage, or drops are not covered under this warranty.
